W/Anna Marie Beauchemin, RH(AHG) + Andrea Telfer-Karbo, FNP

Free Class Recording: Lung Love For Fire Season
Herbs + Foods For Respiratory Support

Join Bay-Area-based holistic practitioners, Anna and Andrea, for a free  class on how you can support your respiratory system during the fires. In this free hour-long class we will cover herbs, nutrition, and supplements that can be added into your life for additional support (during and after fires), as well as lifestyle practices for taking care of your whole health.

This class was originally offered back in 2020 during the intense fire season we were having in Northern California. This class was a free offering for our community. We are re-releasing this recording now to help support our friends and community members in

LA during the current California fires.
